Cancellation Policy

CANCELLATION POLICY Please understand that when an appointment is forgotten or canceled without adequate notice, it prevents me from offering that time to other clients. A 50% cancellation fee will be applied to appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, and a 100% charge of the scheduled service will apply to no-show appointments. A non-refundable deposit may be required to reserve future appointments. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. PAYMENT INFORMATION I accept cash, Venmo, Apple Pay, Zelle, and all major credit/debit cards. A 3.5% convenience fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions. SERVICE GUARANTEE & REFUNDS Hair services, gift certificates, and product treatments are non-refundable. Your satisfaction is my highest priority.
